Oxycodone vs diclofenac

Oxycodone and diclofenac both act as pain relief. They are used to provide you relief from the pain which is unresponsive to the medicines like cancer related pain . There are no interactions between both of them .Oxycodone is an opioid whereas diclofenac is an anti-inflammatory nonsteroidal drug . To get relief from arthritis pain you can take diclofenac as it helps to provide relief from joint stiffness and reduce swelling .

Oxycodone is a medicine which works as a pain relief .It works in the brain to change how our body responds to pain. Diclofenac

Diclofenac is used to treat any pain and also helps to reduce swelling . It is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug which helps to reduce swelling , stiffness and joint pain .Diclofenac works by blocking the body’s production of certain substances which causes inflammation . It comes in three forms like 25mg, 50mg, 75mg . Use of diclofenac is recommended only for a few days .

Side effects
Diclofenac can cause serious liver and kidney damage ,upset stomach , diarrhea , constipation , headache , dizziness , drowsiness , blurred vision may occur. If you are taking this medication for a long time then there can be chances of this risk may be greater in older adults who have heart related issues . start taking this medicine only when the doctor has prescribed it to you . Do not take the medicine if you are having unusual sweating , confusion , weakness , shortness of breath ,stomach/ abdominal pain , sudden vision changes etc .
